1. Why this page exists
When you use the software platform inside The Snowball of Growth, you are using technology built by somebody else and provided to you under our brand. You are entitled to know that before you build anything important on it.
2. Who builds the platform
The technology behind our platform, including the page builder, funnel hosting, email sending, course delivery, payment handling and the dashboard you log into, is engineered, hosted and operated by Systeme.io (Systeme S.A.S.).
THE SNOWBALL OF GROWTH S.R.L. is an authorised reseller of Systeme.io's white-label service. The brand, the courses, the community and the teaching are ours. The infrastructure underneath is theirs.
3. Who you talk to
We are your point of contact. Billing, your account, course access, community access and how-to questions all come to us, through the community support thread or support@thesnowballofgrowth.com. We aim to answer within two working days.
Please do not contact Systeme.io directly about your account with us. They have no record of it under your name, and it slows the answer down rather than speeding it up.
Where a problem is inside the infrastructure rather than your account, we escalate it to Systeme.io on your behalf and stay with it until it is resolved. We cannot control how fast that happens.
4. What this means for reliability
Because the servers and the code belong to a third party, we cannot promise the platform will always be available, and we are not liable for downtime, bugs or data loss originating in that infrastructure. The full position is in section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.
Two practical consequences, and they matter more than the legal wording.
Keep your own backups. Export your contact lists regularly. If something is lost at the infrastructure level, a copy on your own machine is what gets you back to work. Export before you cancel. When your account closes, what you stored on the platform goes with it, on the provider's schedule rather than ours. Take your contacts, your pages and anything else you need out first.
5. Your data, and your customers' data
Anything you build and anyone you collect belongs to you. We do not use your contact lists, sell them, market to them, or treat them as ours in any way.
Where you store other people's contact details on the platform, you are the data controller for those people and we act as a processor on your behalf. Your obligations to them are yours: telling them what you do with their data, having a lawful basis for contacting them, and honouring their rights. Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions sets out how that works.
