There are two separate things on this page. One is a promise we make. The other is a right the law gives you. They are not the same and we keep them apart on purpose.

1. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan is not for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and you get all your money back.

• No questions, no conditions, and no need to explain yourself.

• You get back everything you have paid us. If a further payment has been taken during those 30 days, that comes back too.

• Email support@thesnowballofgrowth.com. One line is enough.

• We refund to the card you paid with, normally within 5 working days and always within 14.

• Your subscription is cancelled at the same time, so nothing further is taken.

You keep the free training either way. The Skills You Don't Know You Have came with your free account rather than with your purchase, so refunding the Lab does not touch it. The Skills and Knowledge Inventory and the Personal Operating Document you wrote are yours and stay yours.

After 30 days, payments already taken are not refunded. Cancel any time from your account and nothing further is charged.

2. Your statutory right of withdrawal

EU law also gives consumers 14 days to withdraw from a contract bought at a distance, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is made.

You keep that right. We do not ask you to give it up.

In practice you will not need it, because our guarantee is wider in every direction. It lasts 30 days instead of 14, it asks nothing of you, and it returns everything you have paid rather than a proportion. The fortnight the law gives you sits inside the month we give you.

If you would rather use the statutory route anyway, tell us within 14 days by any clear statement. An email is enough, or you can use the form below. We will refund everything you paid within 14 days of being told, to the same payment method. Where you have already had use of the subscription during that period, the law allows us to keep a proportion for the days used, though in practice we refund in full under the guarantee instead.

3. The free training

The free training costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop at any time, unsubscribe from the emails using the link at the bottom of any of them, or ask us to delete your account entirely at support@thesnowballofgrowth.com.

4. Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this. An email saying you are withdrawing is enough.

5. If we cannot agree

Email us first at support@thesnowballofgrowth.com. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in Romania may contact ANPC, the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, at anpc.ro. Consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their national consumer authority or their local European Consumer Centre.
