Payments, invoices, access problems, cancelling, refunds, and anything about your data. It is the address named in the terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy, so use it for anything you might later need a record of.

Either address is fine if you are not sure which one you want. Nothing gets lost between them.

What to expect

An answer within two working days. Usually sooner. If four days go by with nothing, assume something went wrong and send it again rather than assuming you were ignored.

There is no phone number and there are no calls. That is the same choice the community runs on. Written questions get considered answers, and a considered answer is worth more to you than a fast one delivered badly.

You do not need an account to write to me. If you are deciding whether any of this is worth your time, that is a fair thing to ask about before you hand over an email address.

Cancelling or getting your money back

You never have to email anyone to cancel. It takes two clicks inside your own account, and it works at any hour without a conversation.

For a refund inside the first 30 days, or to use the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, one line to support@thesnowballofgrowth.com is enough. There is also a withdrawal form if you would rather use one. The full terms are in the refund and withdrawal policy.
